March 2026 - Weyinmi Eribo Moderates NEPC Panel on Women-Led Exports
Weyinmi moderated a panel at the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) International Women’s Day 2026 celebration and Export Procedures Handbooks launch. The discussion focused on practical solutions to help women-led businesses overcome barriers to global trade, with participation from institutions including the International Trade Centre, Nigerian Export-Import Bank, and Bank of Industry.
February 2026 - BOA–UNDP Partnership to Strengthen Agricultural Finance
Weyinmi Eribo supported the signing of a strategic partnership between the Bank of Agriculture Limited and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria to reposition BOA as a modern agricultural development finance institution. The collaboration will strengthen governance, expand climate and blended financing, and support initiatives that boost agro-processing, export competitiveness, and digital credit access for farmers and agribusinesses.
March 2025 - Weyinmi Eribo Highlights $42 Billion Financing Gap for Women-Owned Businesses
Weyinmi Eribo emphasized the urgent need for sector-focused financing solutions for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria. She highlighted that women-owned businesses account for more than 40% of SMEs yet face a financing gap exceeding $42 billion. Her advocacy continues to drive conversations around inclusive finance and enterprise growth across Africa.
